Cheesy Potatoes

I couldn't think of what recipe to post, but I remembered my mom had me make these potatoes for dinner tonight. You can cook them in the crock-pot or the oven... Your choice :)

Cheesy Potatoes

1 bag potato cubes

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c sour cream

1/2 packet onion soup mix

1/2 c cheese

1/4 c melted butter

Combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased crock pot or 13x9 pan. Top with cheese. Cook: in the crock pot for 3-4 hours. or In the oven @ 350 until potatoes are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
